Carolien has been an entrepreneur since 2006. And successfully so. One of the key success factors is that Carolien herself works with the tools she offers to organizations and individual participants: ‘She walks her talk’. By sharing her vision, knowledge, and experiences, she has successfully guided many managers and middle management staff as a leadership trainer and coach to a higher level in their organizations.
Since 2015, she also assists as a business and sales coach, helping experienced service-oriented entrepreneurs and professionals such as trainers, coaches, consultants, and advisors to successfully enter companies with work they are passionate about.
