Lies Tielemans is a jack of many trades. She spent 16 years teaching Dutch, Latin, and history, ran a road and sewer construction company with her husband for 12 years, and has been a copywriter in her own business for 7 years. She calls herself an entrepreneur who writes for entrepreneurs. Simple, clear communication is her hallmark. No frills. Simplicity and powerful texts.
Besides writing, she also enjoys speaking more and more. She feels like a fish in water on stage and is regularly asked to host events or moderate discussions. Did you know she has her own talk show on regional radio where she interviews people weekly and is frequently invited to give her own inspirational speech?
In BNI Vlaams-Brabant, everyone knows her; she is the regular trainer there. New members must go through her for training. With her enthusiasm, she inspires them to quickly make a success of their BNI membership. In her own chapter, she organizes the visitor orientation, and she easily secures requests. She is truly a walking billboard for BNI.
In 2022, she received the award for Exceptional Member of Flanders.
