Mike spent 10 years as a Professional Golfer before discovering BNI. In June 2022 Mike was appointed the UK & Ireland National Director. Mike started his BNI journey as a member and during his 20+ years involvement with BNI he has held roles as a Director Consultant, Area Director, Executive Director, Co-Assistant National Director and Director Training Team Member. Globally he has been a member of the BNI Global Ethics Advisory Board as well as a member of the Founders Circle which represents BNI Executive Directors globally. Mike’s experience around networking and referral marketing has provided him the great opportunity to speak across the UK as well as in Europe and America.
He is married to the wonderfully patient Marta and has an incredibly energetic son, Hugo, 8 and a gorgeous daughter Harriet, who is 6.
In his spare time he enjoys running, as this is his best stress therapy, and in the last 7 years he has run 7 ultra-marathons and most recently run alongside his wife for her 1st 26.2 mile run in the Manchester Marathon.
