During our National Conference, all participants will receive a fantastic workbook. All the information and details about what is going to happen during the Conference are included in it.
All the top speakers are listed in the workbook, usually with the necessary information about their session and/or exercises and tips that you can immediately apply in your business or BNI membership.
Since 2023, it has also been possible for members to create more visibility by placing an advertisement in the workbook.

The design and layout of the advertisements are to be supplied by the advertiser according to the following specifications:
- Size 100% according to advertisement size
- Bleed of 3 mm around the edges to be provided extra
- Resolution to be supplied: 300 DPI at actual size
- CMYK format
- Print-ready PDF to be supplied

During the national conference this year, we have the opportunity to provide members with space to set up a booth where you can promote your product or service to the conference participants.
Throughout the day, participants will have various opportunities to visit your booth: after the mega meeting, during coffee and lunch breaks, business matching sessions, and the time between the conference and the gala dinner.
The booth is a bare space of 2 x 2 meters. The decoration is the responsibility of the booth holder.

At the conference, all participants receive a goodie bag each year containing the workbook and additional items.
